  1. NOVEMBER 15: Confirm by emailing Michael Stuart ( that you will be attending and whether you hope to have homestays

  2. NOVEMBER 15: We have limited homestays available and priority will be given to those schools traveling larger distances AND have demonstrated a commitment to participate through submitting a non-refundable deposit of 300 euros by November 15, 2019

  3. DECEMBER 1: Estimated Number of Students Attending – email

  4. FEBRUARY 1: EXACT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS – noted on spreadsheet that will be shared with each MUN Director

  5. FEBRUARY 15: Receive country and committee assignments

  6. FEBRUARY 22: Confirmation on whether homestays are available (this will probably be made much earlier)

  7. FEBRUARY 29: Receive background reports

  8. MARCH 15: MUN Director assign delegates to country and committee

  9. MARCH 15: Full payment
